I’ve had my eye on these bright flats from Cynthia Vincent for Target. Rumor has it that some stores have already started receiving the line (official release is 4/18). I plan to stop by later today to see if our local store has them yet. As with all Target lines, I am skeptical of how good the quality of these will be. I hope to be pleasantly surprised!
